Started with Analyzing
Created 5 different user roles (Manager, Admin, super admin, lead mechanic, and mechanic) as per requirement and managed 10+ rules for different page access
Manage Region and Technician Flow
Implemented a multitenant architecture to create different regions as per operation facility. Also, provided the facility to add technician and assign duties.
Schedule Activities
Implemented a scheduled activity dashboard to display daily visibility of aircraft services scheduled.
Tools Management
Implemented a Tools management for logging the usage of tools and time, tracking for the invoices while performing the activities by technicians.
Ticket Management
Developed Ticket Management for on-call services (immediate services without prior notice)
Reports
Provided reports for the ability to view the activities for a specific aircraft maintenance summary, on-call services summary, schedule summary, technician hours, billing, region-wise reports, tools usage etc.
Generate Invoices data for Payroll System
Developed Invoice Management section to download the invoice data in specific format to upload in Payroll system to generate the invoices for end customers.
