Reviewed requirement details along-with client and different use cases and combinations for compensation calculation for the Providers.
Manage wRVU based configuration
Developed a user intuitive functionality so that wRVU based rules can be configured easily. User can select combination of options as per the Hospital required and configure rules accordingly.
Manage data feed
Worked on API integration to fetch wRVU data from the respective management systems as per the different hospitals.
Transparency between Providers and Hospitals
Developed reports so that Provider can get preview of how the compensation details will get calculated based on the work done and get fair understanding of future payments as well. It helped to improve satisfaction of the providers and also to improve transparency between Providers and Hospitals.
